Cancellation Policy: LESSEE will receive full refund minus a $20 Administrative Fee and Booking Fees for reservation(s) cancelled 14 days or more from reservation date. If reservation is cancelled 13 days or less from reservation date, LESSEE’S funds will be forfeited. If you fail to cancel your reservation and do not show LESSEE’S funds will be forfeited.
Changes can only be made 14 days or more BEFORE the Reservation Date!
Inclement Weather: If it is raining there will be NO refund or transfer of reservation date. In some cases the boat may have a delayed departure due to weather. The Marina will make the determination based on forecasts at the time. If the weather for the rental day appears to be dangerous or include Official Warnings the Marina may determine that the boats will NOT be allowed to go out. In that case the LESSEE will be allowed to reschedule. Should a reschedule be permitted it will not carry over to the following year.
All boats require a damage hold on your credit card at time of Check-In. Amount is specific to the boat.
No Fishing is permitted on the Tritoon nor the Luxury Pontoon Rentals.
NO Pets/Dogs on ANY Boat except the Value Pontoon.
